At Al Hadaf Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we provide only digital services such as website development, software solutions, and mobile applications. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your services will be delivered upon successful order placement or agreement confirmation.

No Physical Shipping

We do not deliver or ship any physical goods. Our products and services are delivered digitally through online deployment, email, or secure links. We do not use any courier or postal service unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

Modes of Delivery

Services are typically delivered via:

  • Uploading to your live server, hosting panel, or domain.
  • Emailing deliverables like source code, admin credentials, PDFs, reports, or other files.
  • Sharing links via Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar platforms.
  • Providing credentials to access your custom software or admin dashboard.

Delivery is considered complete once the files or access credentials are handed over to the client or deployed to the client’s live environment.

Delivery Timelines

The estimated delivery timeline depends on the project scope and is always mentioned in our proposal or agreement. Typical timelines may include:

  • Website Design: 7 to 21 business days
  • Software Development: 15 to 45 business days
  • Mobile App Development: 30 to 60 business days

Timelines may vary depending on feedback cycles, payment status, and the timely provision of content or approvals by the client.

Delays & Dependencies

Al Hadaf Technologies is not liable for delivery delays caused by:

  • Late payment or pending milestone clearances
  • Delay in providing content, images, or required inputs
  • Third-party delays (e.g., hosting service, domain registrar, API providers)
  • Any change in project scope by the client
  • Force majeure events like server outages, internet failure, or natural calamities

We will, however, keep you informed throughout the process and provide regular progress updates.

Client Responsibility

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide complete and accurate project inputs on time
  • Respond to feedback requests within agreed timeframes
  • Ensure hosting, server, and domain details are correctly shared
  • Test and acknowledge the completion of work promptly

Once the project is delivered and approved, Al Hadaf Technologies is not responsible for any changes made by the client or third parties.

Proof of Delivery

Once your project has been:

  • Deployed live
  • Files shared via email/cloud drive
  • Credentials or admin access provided

…it will be deemed as successfully delivered. A confirmation email or approval message from your side will act as the final sign-off.

No Refund for Delivered Work

As this policy concerns delivery, please note that no refund requests will be entertained once a service has been marked as delivered. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.

Support After Delivery

We provide limited-time free support after the final delivery to address any bugs or minor corrections (as mentioned in your contract). After that, any extra work is treated as a new requirement and charged accordingly.
