Period of Time for Requesting a Return/Replacement:

• Development/Post-sales operations has not yet started.
• You can request to cancel your projects within 24-48 hours after dealing.
• If your project has already started then you must pay for the work that has been completed.
• You have not violated our payment terms.
• The issues with the project are beyond the scope of rectification/resolution/fixing.

We do not guarantee 100% refunds for service cancellations. Our refund policy is based on the agreement signed, accepted via email, signed electronically, or physically signed between the client and Al Hadaf Tech, both for clients outside India and Indian clients. Refunds will be determined based on the work completed, and deductions will be made accordingly.

We do not provide reimbursement for transaction charges, bank charges, payments made to third parties for services already rendered, or any other non-recoverable miscellaneous charges incurred by Al Hadaf Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

We also have Circumstances that are not Eligible for Refunds, such as

• The client refuses to follow the directions of the our Customer Service Team or fails to give the desired help.
• There is a fix or workaround for the problem that was raised as justification for a refund.
• The software was purchased with the mistaken impression that it might be used for purposes other than those for which it was designed.
• The issue is attributed to the client's system or network settings, or to the presence of a third-party setup or device.
• The programme that was purchased from us was traded, lost, stolen, or damaged.
